As the Director of Operations & Services, Jenny provides leadership to the areas of Occupancy Management, Residential Facilities, and 宅男福利导航 & Conference Services including residential summer programs, desks & access, mail & packages, and residential space reservations. Jenny works to create processes and procedures that provide the best possible service to students and support student success while promoting positive staff morale.
Jenny has worked in Residential Services at 宅男福利导航 since 2013, first serving as a Resident Director in what is now the Northeast Area and then as an Assistant Director in Operations & Services. Prior to 宅男福利导航, Jenny worked in residence life at Elmhurst University where she also served as a co-instructor for a first year seminar and as a staff mentor to support students with their transition to college academics. Jenny completed her BA in Psychology at Illinois Wesleyan University and her MS in College 宅男福利导航 Personnel at Western Illinois University. She has a certificate in change management from 宅男福利导航 and an MBA from the University of Illinois.
